We offer our clients a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from all of our staff at the centre. All activities we have on offer are flexible and can be adapted to ensure they meet all clients' individual needs and help them to maintain, and hopefully improve, their mobility.

Weekly Sessions

Full day sessions offered on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am till 2.30pm each week.

Our Sessions Include: 

  • Specialist Neuro Physiotherapy

  • Fully Qualified Specialist Trainers

  • Independent Living Support

  • Counselling and Emotional Support

  • Reflexology​

  • Massage Therapy

  • Music Therapy

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Supporting Families & Carers

 

Lunch and support from our dedicated staff and volunteers are included in every session.

We accept Self Referrals as well as GP Referrals.

​
