We offer our clients a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from all of our staff at the centre. All activities we have on offer are flexible and can be adapted to ensure they meet all clients' individual needs and help them to maintain, and hopefully improve, their mobility.

 

A pleasant home cooked lunch is provided in a dining room set up, giving clients a chance to engage with each other and socialise.

We also continue to inform and promote the understanding of brain injury, providing talks to organisations and businesses, using the experience we have gained at NeuroActiveUk.

Our daily activity sessions consist of a range of light exercises and sporting activities to suit the individual needs of clients.

We assist those with brain injury and strokes to maintain fitness and independence through a range of tailored activities.

A Neuro-physio and massage therapist attend weekly sessions and work with our clients.
 

We offer sport such as badminton, table tennis and football adapted to suit our clients needs. We have a range of specialist and gym equipment including motormeds, exercise bikes, recumbent exercise bikes, treadmills and other specialist machinery. Clients can also take part in various arts and craft activities, play games which help with cognitive issues and learn to cook as part of our Independent Living programme. 

Most importantly clients can socialise in a safe environment with people who understand their situation.
