Our overall aim is to help our clients to maintain independence, build confidence and reduce social isolation.
To achieve this we provide:

A warm, welcoming and safe environment.
-
A range of light exercises, sporting, gardening, art, and music activities, to meet clients’ individual needs and help them to maintain their mobility.
-
Activities and support to build independent living skills, such as cookery and shopping.
-
A breakfast roll and healthy, freshly cooked lunch.
-
Support from a neuro-physio, and massage therapist
-
The opportunity to engage and socialise with others.
-
Use of our accessible exercise equipment - with qualified instructors, trained to support those who have brain injuries or who have suffered a stroke.
-
Organised trips, which have included climbing, sailing and weekends away for service users and their families.
-
Support for families and carers.
